Refund policy

If you didn't absolutely love your purchase from Exquisite Beauty & Skin and would like to return it, please email us at hello@exquisitebeautyskin.com. We will begin the refund process provided it begins within 14 days of your package being delivered (as indicated by the tracking link provided at the time of shipping).
A refund will only be issued once the product(s) have been received at our warehouse. We are unfortunately unable to refund the initial shipping charges and the cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund total. The return label fee will vary depending on the country and state you're in.
***Please note that during a sale period, returns are not permitted. All purchases made during a sale are final. Returns or exchanges on ANY products/shades that are currently discounted (excluding bundles) will also not be permitted.
